Soap Holding Tank (Feed Tank)
This is also a double jacketed vessel, some what appear like Soap Crutcher, but there is no working mechanism inside the feed tank. The main purpose for application of this tank is in Gravity System Continuous Soap Plant, so that when Soap is ready to drain from the Soap Crutcher, we can immediately drain all the Soap from Soap Crutcher to Soap Holding Tank (Feed Tank) & new batch can be started immediately in Soap Crutcher. The Soap Holded in this tank, will be slowly slowly comes out in the forms of lumps, will drain on outer shell surface of Soap Flacker. The main one another function of this tank is also that it makes all plant continuous because in Gravity System Continuous Soap Plant only Soap Crutcher is Batch type & all other machines are continuous.
